I understand that the $25 application fee is nonrefundable, regardless of whether this application is approved or denied. I acknowledge that any incomplete, inaccurate, false or misleading information, or the omission of requested information, may delay the processing of my application or result in denial of my application. By submitting this application, I authorize management to verify any references or information I have provided and to obtain a consumer credit report in connection with reviewing this application. I understand that a credit check will appear on my consumer credit report as an inquiry.
