Hourly Rentals
- $40 per hour (maximum of 5 hours)
- $50 damage/cleaning deposit
Daily Rentals
- $350 per day for 6 or more hours
- $300 per day when renting two or more consecutive days
- $300 damage/cleaning deposit required per day
Insurance Requirements
For certain types of group activities, particularly those involving youth or structured programming, renters may be required to provide $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. A certificate of liability insurance must list Furnell Investments Inc. as both the certificate holder and additional insured. Insurance requirements vary based on the nature of the event, and details will be discussed during the inquiry process to ensure clarity and ease of booking.

An individual or party who reserves one of Furnell Companies’ venue spaces may take advantage of “Group Room Rates” to accommodate their guests at the Hotel Bothwell (located at 103 E. 4th Street in Downtown Sedalia) in addition to discounts off the venue space rental! For events in the Grand Ballroom at the Hotel Bothwell, individuals or parties receive venue space rental discounts in accordance to catered food and beverage purchases through the Ivory Grille Restaurant and Lounge.
